Last time dropped off an item the lady who scanned my item for a receipt (I pay for shipping ahead of time) literally took the package and tossed it from 3 feet into a bin of boxes. Same person is also rude and acts like waiting on customers is an inconvenience.I ship both ups and USPS and in the past two months I've had usps damage two different shipments. No issues with ups. I'm probably going to stop using USPS for my shipping needs.

Not everyone can leave work to stand in line waiting for the supervisor to emerge from his cave to eventually talk to customers. The employees everyone has complained about for over ten years are still working at this branch, including the one who needs mandatory anger management classes. The good new young employees run away screaming after a few months. Just build a new facility for Westfield and start over.
