- DGDavid Green6 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited patiently while 2 employees taped their boxes, shuffled their papers and rearranged their Sharpies. For close to 5 minutes another customer and I stood there in silence without an acknowledgment, a welcome or a “We will be with you shortly” from the two employees. Finally the First Lady was helped by one of the employees while I continued to stand there another 5-7 minutes (waiting). By this time, another 3 more people have walked in and are now waiting. 3-5 minutes. The other employee finally sees the crowd and ask the lady behind me if he could help her?!?!? I could not believe it… he looked past me to help someone else. He was clueless. He mumbled something about thinking I was with the lady in front of me 8-10 feet away. It is common courtesy for all businesses to recognize all customers within 10-15 seconds of entering. (Even if they are busy.) Not being acknowledged for 10 minutes only to be passed over is just ridiculous. Just Do Better.

They told us when we got there that they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the right bond. They said they didn’t use the online appointment system. Why did they have it? Very poor experience.
