- DGDavid GreenNov 18, 20251.0Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited patiently while 2 employees taped their boxes, shuffled their papers and rearranged their Sharpies. For close to 5 minutes another customer and I stood there in silence without an acknowledgment, a welcome or a “We will be with you shortly” from the two employees. Finally the First Lady was helped by one of the employees while I continued to stand there another 5-7 minutes (waiting). By this time, another 3 more people have walked in and are now waiting. 3-5 minutes. The other employee finally sees the crowd and ask the lady behind me if he could help her?!?!? I could not believe it… he looked past me to help someone else. He was clueless. He mumbled something about thinking I was with the lady in front of me 8-10 feet away. It is common courtesy for all businesses to recognize all customers within 10-15 seconds of entering. (Even if they are busy.) Not being acknowledged for 10 minutes only to be passed over is just ridiculous. Just Do Better.
