Denis, the guy with the goatee, is the single rudest customer service agent I have EVER dealt with in my entire life. I went to ask him about my package. At first, he dismissed the idea that it has a tracking number seemingly because he couldn't be bothered to help. I had to show him the number for him to actually help me. He told me it was delivered to my apartment's office. So, I left the counter to call them and they said it was in the package room. So I returned to him a couple minutes later. This time, he didn't even want to hear a word from me. Before I got a chance to say anything, he said that he already answered everything, and assumed that I was only asking because I wanted the "information to change." When I tried to tell him that I just wanted to clarify what he meant by the package being delivered to the office, he literally started shouting at me. Shockingly unprofessional.

I used to go to this specific post office 3-5 times a week years ago. I never really had any issues. I then moved away for about 10 years and just recently came back. After work today, I had to ship an international package. I got to the post office about 12 minutes before closing. There was only one person in line and they seemed to be about finished. The man working asked if my package was ready, I said that I needed a customs form. He then told me I need to go to the Lafayette branch if I’m wanting to ship the package due to having to fill out the customs form. I have filled out hundreds of customs forms, while slightly tedious, they never take longer than 2 to 3 minutes. I wasn’t about to argue with this man about it, though, I just decided to go to the Lafayette branch instead. But while still at this location, I decided to go over to the self-serve kiosk to grab some additional boxes and the customer that was being assisted stated she wondered if she should’ve went to the Lafayette branch instead of this one because they have later hours. The man working responded and said, “no, I just send people over there when I don’t feel like helping. That was the impression that he gave me anyway, but it was pretty shocking to hear him admit to such. This post office has definitely gone downhill, and looking at the reviews, I can see that I am not the only one that has had to deal with rude and unhelpful staff
