Driver just shoved a Christmas gift package into my mailbox that he/she had to crush to fit into my mailbox instead of driving another 50 feet to put on my doorstep. It had to take them more time to destroy the item then it would have to bring it to my door.

Never seen such a poorly run business before. I've had packages lost, stolen, ran over, etc, all due to their incompetence to perform simple tasks. I can't have packages delivered to my home anymore, because I kept finding them placed on the curb of my home because the usps driver was too lazy to bring them to the front step of my home. This is why I've found them run over and probably why some went "missing." I have a security mailbox that the worker cannot seem to understand even though it is a simple device to use. My mail is crumpled up and sometimes torn because they just cram it in there. Packages that are held by the store have a 50/50 chance of actually being found and given to me. Most of the time, the packages are sent back to the sender because I couldn't get there on the same day that they were delivered there. Use UPS. Never had a problem with them. USPS is used by Amazon vendors due to them being cheaper, but I'll spend extra to use a different company every time the option is available.
