- MMMelanie MatheneyJan 27, 20261.0Drove all the way across town to drop off a return to Amazon at 6:15, seeing that they’re open till 6:30, and there is a sign on the door saying the trucks came early due to weather and the door was locked. I could see the lady inside so I called to explain I just wanted to drop the package off and didn’t care if it didn’t ship till tomorrow. She snapped back “You have to come back tomorrow!”. There were three of us waiting at the door with packages. I don’t think trucks leaving early is an excuse to close earlier than your listed hours and is very inconvenient to those of us driving and waiting out in the snow.

I have shipped hundreds of packages through the UPS store in Warsaw, and I have not had a single bad experience. The employees always greet me and we even strike a conversation if they are not busy. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. Never had an issue with them, and this is coming from someone that visits them weekly. 5/5 for sure!
