- LHLauren HollowaySep 30, 20251.0I never leave bad reviews anywhere because it’s not usually worth my time but in this instance it needs to be shared. Firstly if I could give 0 stars I would. There are 2 ladies that work there (the delivery driver and the so called post master) that are rude and want to call the police on someone just because said person wants to make a complaint about their office.These 2 ladies want to assume someone’s address (not even get the address correct even though it was on the package) and say it’s vacant. (Again from assuming the address) Because of their negligence they sent two packages back to the original sender. Those packages had my sister’s bridesmaid dress and other things for her to be in my wedding. Since it’s not a great chance on that coming back to her she is now no longer able to be in my wedding since it is coming up very soon. According to the Post Master just because she has said title she can do what she wants because she is the government. Honestly so glad the police were called they were the ones to help my sister make the complaint on them and see to it that her mail will actually get delivered now.
