Most recently Carina took care of me and was so patient and helpful. She is just one of many employees that is always so friendly and eager to help, you can tell she enjoys what she's doing.

He needs to take notes from the other workers and learn how to smile and actually be nice to customers, especially when they’re asking questions about how something works. My coworkers have had issues with the same guy so I know it’s not just me. Just because you’re miserable doesn’t mean it’s okay to be rude. Other than that, would totally recommend this place

Came equipped with my laptop with the H&R Block program ready for printing. A personable young lady name Corina helped me. She knew what she was doing and after about an hour of working with me and making corrections, was able to accomplish what I needed and I left with copies required to mail off to the IRS! I asked her what I owed her and she said $5.36. I highly recommend this store and urge anyone needing any of their services to patronize them!
