Used to have great customer service where the other lady that ran the place knew everyone and would go out of her way to accommodate a request. I actually used to enjoy going there. The lady that runs it now is on a power trip. Doesn't doing anything wrong per se but won't do more than she's required to do before it's time to go home. No warmth or realness. No different from going to the downtown post office. You're just another number here now. Used to be a nice place, sign of the times I guess.

- AKAshlie Quillen KehrbergJun 6, 20171.0Terrible terrible service. The post lady is VERY argumentive. The delivery driver has left packages all over our yard without notice. Has lied and said our road was covered in water and refused to deliver when i drove a hour before delivery and it was completely clear. If tge delivery driver hears my dpg she refuses to get out. Our house is in renovation and we still live there. She refused to deliver because there isnt a house which is a lie. There hours aren't feesable they close at 2:30 daily with a hour lunch. Ups and FedEx are amazing they deliver say hi to our dog, they leave our packages at our back door and arnt jerks. These 2 ladies at unionville are awful.
