- DDDan DavisFeb 5, 20243.0I would have given 5 stars but Bedford Park prevents it. Why are my packages being routed to a well known disastrous facility? Why can't tax payers get answers? My package routed from Stevensville, MI, to Grand Rapids, to Chicago to the the dead end Bedford Park and still sitting there for 5 days. Why? Why couldnt it route to Gary from Grand Rapids then to Union Mills? The gov serves us, we don't serve the government. I advise all citizens that have issues with postal to write or contact their senator. Why? Post Master General is an appointed position within the presidential administration cabinet. A committee of senators manage decisions for the post office. Demand they organize or close down Bedford Park. One facility makes the entire post office a bad choice for a carrier. Also, our federal taxes support USPS. As it stands now, I refuse to purchase from any supplier that uses usps as a carrier. Spend an extra dollar and get good quality package shipping....UPS! Be aware suppliers!
