- CCCathy ChisholmNov 14, 20252.0I’m very disappointed in the excessive use of bubble wrap for a few items I brought in last Friday to be packed to send home. The box was at 3 or 4 times larger than needed to be. It was as if they bubble wrapped the bubble wrap! The items were not that fragile or expensive but shipping was. I’ve usually had good experiences with UPS stores in various places but this was really frustrating. I complained at the time and was brushed off but needed to get this and other packages on their way.

I just needed labels. Some did not have QR codes and needed labels printed - my Amazon screen said " no label needed". The labels got printed but I am not sure the correct labels were matched to the correct packages. I asked what if and was told "then you won't get your $ back" . "Have a nice day".
