    Terrible place to return Amazon products. They don't staff the Amazon return desk so you have for when there isn't a person at check out. I had to wait 45min for the line to stop so I could return my couple items. This is a management decision and is super poor customer support. When I complained they said I wasn't a Staples customer and therefore their priority.

    They have one person working both the registers and Amazon returns on lunch hours. I've been trying to process Amazon returns for several day, and got in line. But of course, the sole clerk was busy checking out a line of purchases that just kept coming. In spite of my having been in line ahead of all of them, when there wasn't a register line. Maybe hire more people?
