  FedEx is that absolute worst!!! Over the years, I have had tons of deliveries to my home, and consistently, FedEx scores the lowest. They never show up on time, they have lost my packages, given them to the neighbors (once wasn't even on the same road that I live on! I got that package back by pure chance and a kindhearted neighbor!) and NOW THIS: For the last three days I have had multiple orders delivered, and I have found them left in the snow by the side of the road, and one inside my mailbox (that's a federal offense, BTW) The package did not fit inside the mailbox, so they left it open; as a result, my husband's 1099 blew across the street and was driven over in the snow. Let me be clear: My driveway is in perfect order. It is absolutely clear of snow. I've had 3 Amazon deliveries to my door. 1 USPS to my door. But no FedEx. I have called and complained every day. It is incredibly difficult to speak with a real person. It has taken HOURS to reach someone (during normal business hours). When I finally have spoken with people they have been very nice, and agreed 100% that this is absolutely unacceptable, and yet, the driver just keeps doing it! I was assured this morning that they were going to contact him immediately, and tell him he can't do this, but my packages were left in the snow, yet again. Reading other complaints that are also having the same problem does NOT make me feel any better about the situation. We need to BOYCOTT FEDEX!!!

  Lately they have been just leaving packages in our parking lot, literally 2feet from our concrete approach. Today we had 3 chewy boxes, a pair of Nike's and another package all left at the road by our mailbox. This was $350+ worth of items. Absolutely unacceptable!!

  GPS needs updated was hard to find but once I was there the customer service young lady was very friendly we talked for a fee minutes and I told her about the issue and she was gonna update it into the system.

  Fed Ex has kept my packags on their trucks for a week! It keeps saying Cody will deliver it today, and that never happens. It’s literally the most awful disreputable business. Call the fake customer service reps and they say it’s “Up to the local station to get your package, hold on the line and we will escalate it.”Really? It’s basically lying and thievery. Why would any reputable business entrust Fed Ex to deliver their packages???? I have a 14lb wheel of cheese sitting on truck ruined! Good luck! Kids won’t be getting anything for Christmas this year either. Despicable. Oh and I will no longer do business with any vendors that ship via Fed-Awful.

  My package has been stuck in Terre Haute for nearly a week. The only update I'm receiving is a generic 'weather' delay, even though all local roads have been completely clear for days. It's incredibly frustrating to know my house is literally an hour away, yet the package just sits there. Honestly, I'd expect this kind of slow service from the USPS, not FedEx. It's shocking that FedEx is proving to be even slower.
