I was mailing 4 packages for someone else and I didn't realize I didn't have the all the shipping labels required. She could have just told me to get the required labels and come back. Instead, she called the person and had him email her all the labels so the packages could be sent. She even email the person a copy of the drop-off receipt. They were super busy but still she went way above and beyond what she should have for me. I can't thank her enough.

The place was busy, but the line moved way faster than I expected, and people were getting checked out pretty quickly. An older lady helped me with my returns and my Christmas shipment, and she was super friendly and efficient. As I was leaving, a lady started yelling about having to pay for tape. I’m not sure what she thought was going to happen, but it definitely threw off the atmosphere for a second. She just wasn’t prepared, and the staff handled it better than I would have. I expected it to be stressful this close to Christmas, but it was actually smoother than the post office.🎄
