Went in to drop off a package with my teenage son this evening. The man who interacted with us had a huge grin and engaged my son. We left and my son said, "That guy is awesome!" Customer service was great!

Hands down The Best UPS Store in America.
I walked in expecting a quick errand and walked out smiling. The team here brings incredible energy, treats customers like they actually enjoy helping, and somehow keeps the whole process fast and seamless at the same time.
Customer service like this is rare these days. Huge shoutout to the crew for making shipping packages feel like a positive experience. Keep doing what you're doing.

On 01-07-2026, I called the Ireland Rd., South Bend, IN, UPS store to inquire about getting Livescan fingerprinting. A person answered and said please hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes before giving up on the call.
Since they left me on hold , I went to the store's website and found a link to make an appointment for fingerprinting. I came to the store on 01-09-2026, to get fingerprinted. The young lady, at the counter, said I needed to sign up on a Livescan website, prior to getting fingerprints. She was not helpful at all. I looked on the Livescan site and found once signed up it takes 24-48 hours to get a QR code so the fingerprints can be completed. So basically I drove 30 minutes for nothing.
When I returned home, I called the store to complain and I was put on hold for 5 minutes. Once again, I gave up the call. Zero stars.
UPDATE: I went back to this UPS Store on 01-15-2026. I now had a QR code from Printscan and an appointment for 10:00am. I had a passport photo appointment for 10:30am, I made on the store's website. I received an appointment reminder ftom Printscan and the UPS store. I arrived at the store at 9:20am. The clerk told me the person that handles fingerprinting does not come in until 10:00am. Since I arrived 40 minutes early, I left and returned at 10:00am. I now discovered a person that had an appointment for 9:00am was ahead of me. I asked the female worker, that had just arrived, if I could get the photo done while waiting. She said they do not do passport photos. I said it is on the store's website and I had a reminder ftom the store. I told her if they don't offer the service it should not be on the website and appointments should not be allowed to be scheduled. She was a bit snippy and I believe she is the same unhelpful person I had to deal with on my previous visit. This store has no clue about good customer service.
