  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE! I called trying to confirm a billing address while I was doing my job for the company that I work at and the male person who answered my phone call the first time he hung up on me. I called the second time and the same person answered again, he raised his voiced at me and I told him that there was no need to be rude, He said in a rudely tone of voice and in a negative way: "I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS MA'AM, I AM IN A HURRY". I told him that it was not my fault and to have a great day. He then said "YEAH, BYE". There was no need to be rude I was just doing my job. You could've been polite and professional. Have a great day.

  Mikolajewski and Associates helps keep my car lot safe and secure. We had a rash of theft issues for many months in the evening and decided to hire security for the lot. I have cameras all over, but they only recorded the issues happening. This company has stopped the issues! They have been very professional, responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

  Gene Mikolajewski and his associates at Mikolajewski Security are the best. They care about your safety and maintaining the safety and security of your property. They have taken care of the Hilton Garden Inn for years and always made sure that everyone felt welcome and secure. I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of their services over the years and would recommend them to anyone that needs private security. Many thanks!
