I had a box right next to where he or she laid it that could have been used, as well as my doorway or even sliding it under my welcome mat. I called customer service and they were very unhelpful stating that it was delivered. I work where we receive and ship items and I will no longer utilize FedEx. I will go with a carrier that is more responsible with packages.
