- EEEmilyJan 28, 20264.0Was just in to send off some documents for my job-something I’ve never had to do before so I wasn’t sure of the process- and the girl had an awful attitude with me for no reason. Slapped the priority mail envelope on the counter like she was pissed at me for asking for it when I didn’t see them out anywhere. Told me to fill out the addresses with an attitude and then walked away. Her tone was just all around rude and disrespectful. But the gentleman with glasses that helped me after I filled out what I needed to was very pleasant and informative and genuinely nice. I didn’t catch a name but he was clerk 22. As someone who works in customer service, you guys need more people like him, and less people like her. There was no reason for her rudeness, but his kindness was super appreciated!!

- K5KILO 50Dec 19, 20251.0Had a small amount of snow in front of mailbox, driver didn't deliver mail for over a week. Went to post office to see what was wrong, they said nothing. Finally got a hold of driver he said the snow was too high to drive through, yet he never left a note in box saying so or left a notice at post office. If he had I would have cleared a path. Total ignorance!! Use your head for more than a hat rack!!

Waited in line for 30 minutes before finding out. 2) They called wait tickets out of order (e.g., called 25 before 20, even though 20 arrived before 25).
