- GMGerrod MooreSep 26, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store (#5665 in South Bend) on September 26 around 6:20 pm. I came in to ship a package and the employee refused to help me, saying she had already closed out the register and didn’t want to box any items. When I asked to ship simple documents (pictures) that required no boxing, she still refused. What made it worse is that she went on to serve customers who came in after me. This wasn’t about policy—it was about attitude. The employee seemed to enjoy saying “no” rather than providing customer service. As a small business owner who regularly ships e-commerce orders, I’ve relied on UPS, but after this experience I will no longer use UPS. It’s disappointing to see one employee’s behavior cost UPS real business. I hope management reviews their cameras and addresses this, because customers deserve better.
