  On 01-07-2026, I called the Ireland Rd., South Bend, IN, UPS store to inquire about getting Livescan fingerprinting. A person answered and said please hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes before giving up on the call. Since they left me on hold , I went to the store's website and found a link to make an appointment for fingerprinting. I came to the store on 01-09-2026, to get fingerprinted. The young lady, at the counter, said I needed to sign up on a Livescan website, prior to getting fingerprints. She was not helpful at all. I looked on the Livescan site and found once signed up it takes 24-48 hours to get a QR code so the fingerprints can be completed. So basically I drove 30 minutes for nothing. When I returned home, I called the store to complain and I was put on hold for 5 minutes. Once again, I gave up the call. Zero stars.

  Was just at the store and there was only one man alone. The line was out the door but he was so quick! He was always friendly and didn’t act stressed, kept the line moving and everyone happy! So impressed by the service!

  They close earlier than the posted closing time. Extremely inconvenient.
