I called customer service and they were very unhelpful stating that it was delivered. I work where we receive and ship items and I will no longer utilize FedEx. I will go with a carrier that is more responsible with packages.

He went way beyond the Call of Duty to help me and followed through ,even after I left. I wish more of FedEx employies were like him. When I called the 800 number two or 3 times prior nobody knew what they were talking about like: Roxanne in customer service. . He was the first one that helped us and knew what he was doing. So thank you. I hope they know how lucky they are to have you. I just wish they had more people like you working for the company.
