Worst Post Office ever They don't deliver the mail to the right people and even if it's a small package they don't drop it off, you have to go pick it up even if he paid for shipping

I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this post office. I changed my address over the summer & they lost two weeks worth of my mail, because they stated that they couldn’t deliver my mail to the address I provided because my name wasn’t on the mailbox… which sounds pretty ridiculous seeing as you get mail at an address not to a specific person, which is how marketing companies deliver mail to address & not people. I called just recently about a package of mine that was lost in transit & the delivering company stated they left the package with my local courier & when I called to inquire the woman was short & rude with me. She acted like me calling was a problem for her. The staff is beyond rude & unhelpful! I swear this is probably the worst part of living in Shipshewana.

My family has nothing but problems here.. our mail being delivered to the wrong PO Box consistently and the hours are absolutely ridiculous. If you have a job there is no chance you can go to this office. They close at 4 everyday and are close for an hour and a half over lunch. If I have to say a positive, I would say most of the staff is nice and try to be as helpful as they can be.
