I was in there today and the male and female working were beyond rude, not only to me but the man who was ahead of me on line as well. He came to pick up a package that he got a notice for. Mind you the notice he got was almost 10 days AFTER the package had arrived at the post office and they couldn't find it. They were rude to him and said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you. It's not here. I'll guess I'll ask the carrier." In a very snotty tone.
I was next and asked why was my mail not being put in my P.O Box? They had to search for my mail as well! Upon finding it they accused me of not paying for my box. I paid $54 for it online more than 2 weeks ago. Then she acted like she didn't want to give me my mail! Asked if I had a receipt...I told her to do her job and look it up but in the meantime give me my mail so I can leave. She then yells at me...GOODBYE as she walks to the back! Worst postoffice EVER!
