I changed my address over the summer & they lost two weeks worth of my mail, because they stated that they couldn’t deliver my mail to the address I provided because my name wasn’t on the mailbox… which sounds pretty ridiculous seeing as you get mail at an address not to a specific person, which is how marketing companies deliver mail to address & not people. I called just recently about a package of mine that was lost in transit & the delivering company stated they left the package with my local courier & when I called to inquire the woman was short & rude with me. She acted like me calling was a problem for her. The staff is beyond rude & unhelpful! I swear this is probably the worst part of living in Shipshewana.

If you have a job there is no chance you can go to this office. They close at 4 everyday and are close for an hour and a half over lunch. If I have to say a positive, I would say most of the staff is nice and try to be as helpful as they can be.
