- DHDamien HoltDec 19, 20251.0I moved to this town 3 months ago and I absolutely cannot stand Shelbyville USPS. Today marks the 3rd time now my USPS mailbox has been frozen shut and I cannot get in it ! I have a Christmas item in there that are very valuable ! Also, they never get mail delivered to my apartment till like 5 pm. Then , sometimes they come at 12 or 1. Will not spray de icer or anything on the complex mailboxes. Lazy and incompetent federal workers !

- NDNoah DawsonAug 16, 20251.0The black postal clerk was extremely rude to me and denied me service for registered mail with insurance claiming I needed brown tape and brown paper packaging which is ridiculous. I had a properly packaged item and there is no requirement for that. He was extremely rude this is one of the worst USPS postal experiences I've ever had at a post office.
