- JCJoseph CarmonaDec 1, 20251.0Today I tried shipping a bubble mailer through a clerk named Kevin and he stated bubble mailers cannot be shipped ground Advantage. After researching on USPS.com under the category ground advantage it does not have minimum requirement on weight or size when shipping in a bubble mailer. Kevin refuted that policy and said he was trained otherwise and forced me to switch my package from a bubble mailer to a small box package in order to use ground advantage. Bad experience when USPS online policy and in store clerk don't agree on USPS policy/procedures.
