I advised the clerk that I left my key at home, so I had gave my ID to retrieve mail from my PO box. The clerk told me he couldn't help me. I have never heard of such a thing. I don't know why I am paying for this PO box

The manager i called and has called me has been super un helpful. She pretty much told me I can't do anything about it. I don't understand why they wouldn't put a hold on it to get our attention if they thought there was an issue. They claim the name didn't go with the address even though someone with same last name gets mail delivered all the time to same address. The post office failed on every level with this delivery from the first person all the way the manager. If the system works the way they claim it does they said that once they try to return my package they can't stop it even though its traveled through 6 places sense they did a return to sender on it. If the system really works like that. I can understand all the difficulties the post office is having staying in business no reason after I called right away that I should have been able to get my paid for package back absolutely terrible.
