The staff are nice and very helpful. My son has a PO Box there. One time we weren’t getting any mail for days and it turns out it was due to a mistake on a form. They fixed it the same day. Also the driver I have anyway is also good.

"Attempted dilevery" is a lie. I have been here at my house all day and I did not receive my package. It was even guaranteed delivery. They delivered regular mail, but they can't deliver a package? Take responsibility and dont pretend it is someone else's fault when you don't do your job.

Repeatedly not delivering our packages especially the weekend people. It will just say there was no one there To accept the package when there was someone there all day! And security cameras to prove that no attempt was made to get the packages to us. This is getting so old and frustrating because they don’t care and know that nobody else cares enough to do anything about it. I blame the delivery people and those in charge of them. This is totally unacceptable. We have to drive 25 minutes into town to get packages that the delivery pertain was too lazy to leave at it’s proper destination. They lie on the little paper they leave about why they won’t deliver. I guess our hands are tied. What can be done about these lazy incompetent govt workers??!!! we pay your salaries!

The Salem Post Office is a joke! I can't get packages delivered when they're supposed to be, the delivery person is as rude as I've ever met, and the Postmaster refuses to do anything about it! Worst service ever, but I guess they fit right in with any other government service.

Terrible customer service. Sent through loops and numerous emails to no avail. Was told to call them and was put on hold for over an hour with no answer.
