- MTMona ToczJun 3, 20232.0There is an African American clerk at the St. John post office that is beyond rude!! And I’m sorry I don’t know her name, in no way do I mean this to be about race. It’s just about doing the job. I have been there when she has literally sworn under her breath when waiting on me, I don’t appreciate that. If she doesn’t want to work there and do her job she should go somewhere else! Also when we sent a package out of state last month we were double charged, she told my husband she couldn’t print out a receipt, so we only discovered this when we got our credit card bill. Also the postage, even on packages is usually placed near the top right side. Ours wasn’t, it was on the bottom towards the left….? What’s that all about. I believe this caused our package to be delayed by almost a week! Even though we have loved this post office for 23 years that we have lived here, we’re going to go to a different one because we are SO tired of this rude, incompetent employee of theirs!
