I sent many packages by USPS and I got a call that I have to pay for the shipping by this post office cause the mail guy find a discrepency in the packaging! How come there wasnt a discrepency when the other post office took the package and all of a sudden, I guess on the way to this office, something happened and package dimension and weight changed!! They wont deliver it and asking for shipping cost again!!!! Ridiculous!
- TWTrevor WillauerAug 13, 20181.0I would give them 0 out of 5 stares if i was able to. The staff are rude and break the law by refusing to give you your mail or tell you how to get it. If you call them to ask anything exspect to be hanged up on and if you go in they will Deni everything about it and may even claim they dont have your stuff when there system and the tracking number says they do. If you have to use a post office it be worth the exstra drive to go anywhere eals.
