Service at front desk is great, it just is slow in the back getting your items out. Mailed something on the 1st still not at destination.

I am currently transitioning out of the United States Marine Corps and had several important documents being sent to my home of record. Because I'm not currently there, I made a quick call to the Rochester post office and the gentleman set everything up so when I return, I can just pick up all the documents direct from the post office. Superb customer service. Seriously a wonderful job, and I appreciate the service.
