Went in there 3 min before close the lady was very rude saying she had no mail for me and I wasnt in there for that. She was cussing and yelling about some person when i walked in. She also said they were closing in 3 min when i had plenty of time to do what i needed to do. Just very unprofessional.

Several times I have mailed pkgs or letters and they've never been seen or heard of since. At Christmas time I sent a pkg to Montana that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. It took 6 weeks because evidently it never left the Evansville postal hub until I called 3 times to see where it was. It is totally ridiculous. Now I mailed a letter to Jacksonville Florida 5 20 2024 and my grandson still hasn't gotten it. A carrier pigeon would be a lot quicker.

Today after a long day at work I went to purchase money orders to pay my insurance and property taxes. I needed several. I ask the man at the counter to give me my first money order at the maximum allowed amount. Then I needed another smaller amount to make my full payment. After giving me the first two money orders I was told I have to step aside or get back in line and “come around again” to purchase any more money orders. I said “you mean I have to get back in line and wait my turn again to buy more money orders?” Yes he told me or just step aside. I was shocked! I waited my turn and expected to get what I need and go pay my bills. I was nice and compliant. What could I do? I needed more money orders to pay my taxes and insurance. I waited for 4 more customers in front of me then it was my turn again. The man at the desk seemed frustrated and I was very uncomfortable. My experience was shocking! I felt discrimination and humiliation. This is a very unpleasant place to do business and I’m not sure this kind of treatment is ethical amd I know for sure it wasn’t right! Get your money orders at Walmart and avoid this place unless you just can’t!
