If I could give zero stars I would! Mailed off two packages Dec 03rd heading to Montana. They sat in Princeton for a bit thrn sat in Indy for a while the theyve been sitting in Louisville since the 09th of December. Its the 20th now! Obviously wont make it for Christmas and I am.beyind mad and frustrated that all they can say is "oh sorry". Not good enough!! I did my part now you do yours..find my damn packages and get them to my kids!!! I mailed in plenty of time. Never again will I use the USPS for maing a package...and if I can boycott all together I will. Disgusting service!!

It would be nice if they would be open later than 4:15 I can literally never make it to the post office except on Saturday’s. This is most working peoples schedule in town also btw..
