The issue is that there is an old guy at the customer service window that is working waaayyy past his retirement age. At times he has accused people of attempting to deceive the postal people by sending items that aren't media mail. He is gruff and threatens to not send the item because it is illegal to do so. He never smiles and is not a pleasant man to talk to. If I go in there and the other mail person is working I will avoid the old man altogether and go to her. She is easier to talk to and has a nice smile.
