  This store is the absolute worst. The person running the counter was very rude and not welcoming at all. I will never step foot in that store again. If I have to drive to south bend for ups, I will. It’s unfortunate, it use to be ran by good people.

  Not impressed with this location. Had to return an item it required a box no big deal had my own. Just needed a 6 inch strip of tape to seal the box. No biggie I've been to other locations that will seal it for you ask her for some and she tells me it's store policy to charge 1$ ok turned around and bought my own roll for just over double and now harbor freight has my money instead.

  The young girl at the counter was very rude. Too many complaints on Google reviews about her. Skinny girl with blonde hair. First name begins with an L.

  I was there on June 28th at 8:58AM (walked in to return a package). I had the proper barcode ready and waited patiently because no one was at the front counter. No big deal. Another customer came in behind me. Again, no big deal. A young girl (the employee—-came out from the back) and greeted us not with a “hello, how are you?” OR “Welcome” BUT INSTEAD….”For future reference, the store doesn’t open until 9:00AM from now on!” WOW! How is that for customer service? I honestly thought they opened at 8:30am. The door was unlocked and open and I wasn’t complaining, just waiting patiently. She was obviously perturbed we were there. Years ago there was an employee there named Carole. She always gave such GREAT customer service! I sure do miss her.
