- RBRichard BoleyOct 4, 20251.0Far from customer focused. Went in to mail a small package but didn’t have it labeled. Asked for a label and was told I had to buy them for $1. If your sole purpose is to facilitate mailing of packages, you should have stacks of free labels, ink pens, tape and anything else that helps the customer do exactly that. Out of principle, I left and went to FedEx. I’m sure I paid twice as much, but they also are professionally run and customer focused. Always great experience there, not so much at the post office.
