She was on the phone which I can understand but once she finished she then picked up the next call (mind you this phone was at the counter I was standing at). No one was at the register, and the one employee I saw free walked past and looked away. Finally got my papers and my name was spelt completely wrong, which I don’t understand because I know how to spell my name. So I think writing it down from a computer wouldn’t be too hard, but I guess it is.. anyways, never really been to staples before and I don’t think I’ll need to go back.
