Do not trust them to process anything correctly the first time. Double and triple check with them that the jobs been done. A simple change of address form will come back to haunt you because they didn't process it properly. Christmas presents I bought online and sent to a local were returned to sender because Alice can't figure out how to process a change of address slip with the correct addresses. If a person moves from Location A to Location B, Alice will put Location C as their to AND their from moving address creating a fun little limbo where everything just gets sent back to sender because Alice has created a redundancy loop the system doesn't know how to handle and no one is going to warn you that she's done this.

I have a business postal box ! I spend a great amount of money with the United States Postal Service so that I support them ! Since opening the box I have experienced customer service skills that are challenged primarily from Lacey Wilson ! One time she / and I forgot a YETI cup ! A customer saw it on the counter yet and I received a phone call from another concerned postal employee ! I thought the cup had been mailed ! I went back immediately and was told by Lacey Wilson “ can’t you mail it another time ? I said “ NO I want my college son to have it !” I offer to pay for another shipping which I thought I had received the BOX you can put anything in ! Instead of waiting on me ( the paying customer ) she was smelling scentsy products that the customer behind me brought her to sample ! Alice Goeppner came up to the counter and immediately waited on me professional! I made a complaint via phone and was assured it was taken care of and that I would be given a refund and treated with respect ! I did not get a refund which is NOT the point ! I worked ER office and I can promise you this is NOT professional!
Last week I called into the post office to
Inquire about a bigger PO BOX .... Lacey was RUID ! I have done nothing to her ! As matter affect because SHE told me about her challenging divorce herself I brought her baked goods and a gift ! NOT even a Thank You ! I did not even know her last name until the postmaster told me ! I was just being KIND ! I think the Petersburg Post Office is clean , well organized , had a lot of potential ! I understand divorce is tough however maybe her personal issues are being brought into business and that is unfortunate during the holiday season !!
I have not heard back from my confidential complaints through the email I sent via USPS which is why I made this review !
Looking forward to being a Pike County Resident !
