  Debra or (Dee Dee) is the only one who answers the phone. She’s deaf and you get no where or hung up on. Route 4 carrier all wee has refuses to deliver mail to ONLY me on my entire road. I went out Monday and Tuesday and cleaned in front of my box and road so it doesn’t have a huge amount of snow in front of the box. Still refuses to deliver. I have had an issue with this driver since October. My neighbor to my left reported her for misdelivering my mail to his house. The day after she came acting rude and inappropriate cursing me blaming me for the report instead of her mistake. When I called to report her behavior she started lying saying my dog was lunging at her and she could no longer deliver to my porch. I’ve been here 2 years, she’s pet the dog she claims lunged at her and mayo say they are locked in on a porch. I have had the general attorney, postal inspector, local and regional management involved as well as several other things and they have all told her to deliver and she surly refuses. Dee Dee admitted she knows it’s retaliation but she can’t do anything about it because the union. For being on my side she was sent for retaining and on a several day suspension or so I was told by her temp replacement. They can’t keep a post master due to the workers and how they behave. And now she’s claiming she can’t get to my box still targeting me. This post office needs a lot of help and several workers need to be gotten in line. I would not recommend. They allow workers to misappropriate resources, target and retaliate customers, and lie on federal documentation aka their scans. She would randomly throw packages places all fall and say she put it in front of my door when she didn’t. I hope she gets fired, and I hope they eventually get someone in there to get that ship in shape is sinking fast. What’s crazy is the postal worker makes the pse or post master deliver to me and they do so no issue every time. Photos of all proof below.

  We consistently leave our entry gate open specifically to facilitate the delivery of mail and packages. There is no physical obstruction preventing the carrier from entering the property. Because packages are not being brought to the residence, my wife is forced to make frequent, unnecessary trips to the Post Office to retrieve items that should have been delivered to our door. This is a significant inconvenience and defeats the purpose of the shipping services we have paid for. ​I request that you speak with the carrier assigned to our route immediately to ensure they are aware that the gate is open and that the residence is accessible. We expect future packages to be delivered to the home, rather than held at the Post office.

  I had the best experience here yesterday. Had a nice conversation with Fred jones and actually left smiling. Was very nice to not deal with the miserably rude black cloud lady.

  If only I could made it negative the mail delivery people are so incompetent that they try to stick a bed frame for a king in a mail box and but a notice that the package can’t fit and mail box was full instead of bringing it to the house.
