- MPMatt PalcowskiFeb 4, 20261.0Mail lady for my road just decides when she does or doesnt want to deliver mail, often skipping houses and letting our mail sit at the post office. We've complained several times and no one gives a shit, obviously. Latest qualm is we havent gotten mail in about a week, we check the post office site and theres one of our packages being held at the post office "on request of customer". We did not request the item [that has been delivered to our mailbox and doorstep several times before] to be held, and did not receive a pink slip saying it couldnt be delivered (which she has also done many times before with small packages that shes previously put in the mailbox or on the doorstep). We had 1 inch of pressed down snow by the mailbox, didnt deliver. Today we SHOVELED the snow out of the way so theres GRASS and she, once again, just drove on by. I sure wish I could take a job, not do it, still get paid, and still somehow keep said job.

But the one time I went in there for something truly important, I was met by a woman who didn't know how to do her job. You would've thought it was just another customer behind the desk. Everyone else seemed to know what they were doing though.
