I have seen all the comments here like my own. I have now decided this is going to be resolved.Today I have begun. I will not stop until my mail is delivered correctly. I have been down this road before I had to do this at my last address, Yes! I did get it corrected. The only reason i gave a star at all is because to post i have to select one.

I explained that I recently submitted a USPS address change (which went through successfully last week) and that my license still shows my old address. I even offered proof that I live at the new address, but she refused to give me the package. When I asked if she could look me up, she said she couldn’t and that she “prove that I lived there”. I left extremely disappointed. I did everything right, showed proof, and was still treated dismissively. This location seriously needs better customer service and understanding for people who are in the middle of an address change.
