The Noblesville post office has the most incompetent rudest nastiest unprofessional people I've ever met in my life. Why this post office is still open is beyond me

From my experiences - The staff is extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. The only con is that there's always a long wait, but there's also a self-help Kiosk in the lobby(See Image) that's always available.

From my experience, the staff is really nice and helpful. The lines are super long and take a long time to work through.

I am beyond disappointed with the Noblesville, Indiana Post Office. From the postmaster down to supervisors, the overall attitude and behavior are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This is not an isolated incident it reflects a culture problem. The worst experience by far has been with the woman assigned to Route 10. Her behavior is openly hostile, unhelpful, and completely inappropriate for someone in a public-facing role. I have never encountered a postal employee who seemed so uninterested in doing their job or treating customers with basic respect. Interactions feel confrontational rather than service oriented. This location appears to lack accountability, leadership, and customer service standards. USPS is a federal service funded by the public, yet customers here are treated like inconveniences instead of the reason the organization exists. Until management takes responsibility and addresses the behavior of its staf especially Route 10,I would strongly caution anyone expecting professionalism or basic courtesy.
