Tried to explain to the guy they had staffed here it’s important costly and wanted to make sure it was insured. He had no clue how it worked and seemed to be texting in the middle of imputing the address. This to me is issue with management putting a single person to work a store that constantly has a line with improper training. I had zero faith in the guy and the delivery driver working for UPS trying to communicate with him seemed to not have any as well. Props to the delivery driver helping people with the self serve kiosk. After spending 30 minutes in line I left and went to usps and spent another 30 minutes but the guy actually knew what he was talking about.
