    Went to return Amazon purchases where two separate items were on one QR code per Amazon return. They would not take the return because they were not packaged together. This has never happened at any UPS or Staples where we make multiple business returns as the package would have to be opened to show both items and the QR code is scanned twice to account for both items. If this is a UPS policy it should be adhered to at all UPS locations instead of one of five that decided it would not suffice.

    Place is always so slow. Seriously don’t understand how this location has a four star. Recommendation . Go to the other ups store on Mundy. One register working on a Saturday. Employees look confused and bewilder trying to get the second register working. Over 30 minutes to drop a prepaid package and still waiting….
