- TMTristan Murphy4 days ago2.0The lady working at the front desk. Is always very polite, very nice. She helps me out a lot. Everytime I go in. today, I went in and the managers spoke to because I used their address along with my po. Box, because some packages will not get delivered to A PO box with just po box address so i have to add in their actual street address along with my po box. And she was very rude about it. And I try to explain myself to her and why i did it that way and all she could say, you can transfer to a different location If you want to transfer it somewhere else, be my guess. She was super rude and not helpful at all.

To be honest, I was a little nervous to go because my first experience (at a different post office) had been very, very negative. So this time, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But everything turned out completely different—in the best way. Karen, the woman who helped me, was incredibly kind and patient. No matter what I asked, she took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. I honestly don’t have enough words to thank her. People like Karen make a big difference.

I have no idea why she was so angry. The women’s working with her was nicer but not overly helpful. I was appalled at the way we were treated.
