    First, the post office employees at the post office try to help. BUT THEY DON'T DELIVER OUR MAIL. Why? I see other reviews with the same problem. They don't give any notifications. My mail showed, arrived at post office, out for delivery, available for pickup, sent back to sender, all within six hours. They cost me my grandkids Christmas presents, not delivered, now everyday mail. It's only USPS that is the problem.

    My wife and I went in to apply for passports. There were maybe 2 customers in that day. Lady at the desk said we had to make an appointment for a different day even though we already had all supporting documents. We made an appointment and came back the next day. We showed up 10 minutes before our appointment time. This time 8-10 customers at a time in line. By the time we got to the front of the line is was 20minutes past our appointment time. We were told to stand by and wait so the line can get smaller. 20 minutes later they finally called us up. Once we got everything done, and we paid for their most expensive shipping, our application was lost in the mail in louisville for 2 months. The assistant manager who helped us submit our second application was a great help and was able to reimburse shipping costs of our fees but the $100 insurance they give you is only good for 30 days so we couldn't get reimbursement for what was inside out package. Our package finally got delivered 2 months later than shipped, and we got charged a second time for our passports with no certainty of reimbursement.
