- RBRebecca BenigniAug 30, 20254.0Speaking of our local post office on SR 261, I am very pleased with their service over the years. Employees are always polite and pleasant. They have been accommodating and delivered mail to our new office location even after our forwarding order expired because the same carrier on the route knew the change. THE LOUISIVLLE DISTRIBUTION CENTER OUR MAIL GOES THROUGH IS A DISASTER! But that should not reflect on our local branch.

Took my receipt in and the postmaster would not overnight it and it’s going to be a week late. I understand having a hard job but I paid premium and insurance and the late delivery cost me $. Shame on them. They don’t care. UPS for now on. Newburgh post office doesn’t care about us local residents.
