They cram packages in the mailbox with no regard to what might be in the package. For some reason if they don’t feel like delivering it, they return it as undeliverable. With no rational reasoning as to why it’s undeliverable. Pathetic.

However, after the 6th book has been shoved into my mailbox (quite literally) and bent all to heck, I figured it was time to speak up. This is extremely infuriating and upsetting, not to mention unprofessional behavior. It does not take that much effort—or time—to place the package on the porch. Please, hire someone who at least cares somewhat about their job.
