- ASAlex SutterNov 29, 20181.0I would give 0 stars if possible. A $500 laptop was delivered to a completely different state without my knowledge, with no delivery confirmation email. It took over 2 hours to get someone on the phone and they opened an "investigation". Meaning they have no answer, nor would give an answer as to why it was delivered to the wrong address. Leaving me guessing for the next couple days as to what is happening. They have no interest in customer satisfaction or giving a customer a reimbursement for their mistake. I do understand mistakes happen, but the way it was handled is not even up to a 1 star level.
