He said the that the post master didn’t really give any answers he said he talked with the driver and it was picked up but nothing was scanned in so he said it will have to wait for the next hub to be scanned, also said that in he’s not sure but it sounds like its lost and he sent me a refund and if said that if I happen to receive it just keep it for all the inconvenience this has caused. How can this service be so bad. You guys suck!

They scanned my QR code and put things in a bag or box for me. I'm not sure if the post office by my old house didn't do things right in Indianapolis or New Castle isn't doing things right. But there's some sort of miscommunication. It's getting very frustrating.
