- BWBill Walker5 days ago1.0I just went into the UPS store on State Street in New Albany IN. I came in to buy stamps as I've done MANY times. It appears that they have new ownership. When I asked for 3 rolls of stamps, I was told that since the "remodel", they don't carry stamps because loose rolls could get lost. I'm sorry, but this is a UPS STORE. What incentive to I have to continue to take packages there in the future if THIS is going to be their level of Customer Service. PS: I first tried calling your Customer service number and after roughly 10 minutes of being on hold & the phone ringing to no avail, I received NO answer. Very disappointed after years of loyal service.

So I placed all my stuff on return and when I got there a young man helped me. I had my 1 year old with me who was admittedly a tad fussy, not overly. But the young man kept whispering under his breath and acting super rude about my questions and the fact I had to bring my child in. Just make sure you are fully prepared before returning your packages or they will make sure it's your fault if you don't get a refund.
