  Great experience! Went to print a lot of important things for my choir competition, and although there were some difficulties at the start (mostly just me trying to get the pdf to send), the process ended up being quite easy and it all worked out great! Thank you!

  Rude. I was returning some packages I never opened. I was going to have a Halloween costume but I ended up getting sick and couldn't go. So I placed all my stuff on return and when I got there a young man helped me. I had my 1 year old with me who was admittedly a tad fussy, not overly. But the young man kept whispering under his breath and acting super rude about my questions and the fact I had to bring my child in. Just make sure you are fully prepared before returning your packages or they will make sure it's your fault if you don't get a refund.

  This is by far the best UPS Store i have used.Don runs this store like a well oiled machine .Fast , very polite and knows his job well.

  the UPS Store on State St New Albany is the best! You no longer need to use the post office, get all your stamps and shipping needs and even a mailbox at UPS Store. Don and Renee are the owners and are so kind and helpful, it's like family there.

  Whatever you do, don’t cut it close on getting there near closing time. I arrived at 3 PM and two employees in the store looked at me and said sorry we’re closed. I understand having a closing time, but when you have a potential customer standing at your door And you look at them and decide their business isn’t worth it, I’m not sure that’s a great business practice. I’m guessing customer service is not a huge thing for them to stress.
