Plus they were busy so they just laid them in the floor to shred private documents later. Next week went to a different UPS store and it was $1.00 a pound as stated on the UPS website. Plus they put them in the shredder while I was there. Also was going to buy postage here before the prices went up and as I said that, the man said that theirs had already gone up. Just doesn’t seem right. Won’t be back.
- TSTonya SheltonNov 11, 20254.0I do a lot of returns here, there are two older gentlemen usually when I go in, one has been there longer, he might be some sort of manager, he’s very nice and polite, there’s another older man, I think he should get out of customer service, he never has anything nice to say, always looks like he just ate sour onions, and is sometimes rude. There are usually two lines when I go in, and while standing in line I just hope I don’t have to go to him. Service is fine, haven’t had any shipping issues, just sometimes not a pleasant place to be.
