Yesterday when I went to the post office to drop off a click and ship box that was already paid for and ready to ship, the area was blocked off and two women were outside sweeping up a mess caused by someone hitting the accelerator instead of the brake several hours earlier. Instead of parking out in the street in the way of traffic, I pulled into the left side of the post office that was partially blocked by cones, to ask if I could possibly drop off my click and ship box. As soon as I started to get out of my car, one of the women began yelling at me that I ran over her cones. I assured her that I didn't touch any cone. When I asked if I could drop off the box that was paid for online and marked to be shipped on that date, she told me to go to another post office which would mean Bloomington or Columbus and it was almost closing time. Both women were rude and condescending. I understand them being upset at this unfortunate incident but is this how you treat people. Former postmasters Bob Adair and Bruce Gould would NEVER have been so unkind and rude or allowed their employees to act in such a manner.

Today, my package was delivered 100 yards from my house in the middle of a thunderstorm. Needless to say the package was soaked. This is unacceptable for any delivery.
