- RRRMar 2, 20261.0Went here for passport appointment. Got in 5 minutes early. There was a long line so it was 5 minutes past once I got to the front. Was told that I was too late and should've came on time. Sorry I didn't take a picture of the clock when I got in.

The employee showed extremely poor attitude — I hadn’t even finished asking my question before they suddenly turned away and started helping the next customer. After that customer left, the employee simply walked back to the room behind the counter without saying a single word to me, not even an “excuse me.” When I asked to speak with the manager, they refused. This level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable.
- VGVictor GuoNov 29, 20251.0Went to ask help on an important missing mail. The clerk answered a few questions and started to ignore us and talks to the next customers. Once we ask for the manager, she just walks inside and says ‘I’m not talking to you’. Plus, they changed their google map hours to ‘permanently closes’ even though they are still open. USPS in this region is essentially out of service. Avoid them at all costs.
