  Bought my home office chair from this location last week. After at least 45 minutes of sitting in chairs and asking Willie (I think that's his name. I'm horrible with names, but I remember his patience!) 100 questions, we found the one I wanted. They didn't have it in stock, but Willie made the ordering process so easy. He recommended I purchase a warrantee for the chair (which was worth it in my opinion, as the chair was pricey), and then showed me exactly how to register it. The chair was delivered to my door a day later and I love it. All around, it was a great experience shopping at this location.

  My daughter is on the heart transplant list and I had to fax over some very important documents, I believe 34 pages, it cost over $70, kind of high. My home printer doesn't have a fax machine and I just felt like this was another roadblock and her road to receiving a heart transplant. Love Staples their copy and fax prices are high, but then again everyone is, it's a shame because obviously your community member needs a leg up that's why they're there..the sales force were great as always, it's just the cost was disappointing for faxing urgent documents.

  We came here to do a special printing job and the employee just pointed to the regular printers. We tried to print using that but it wasn’t able to change the sizing so I asked him again and he said they don’t have email so I’d have to have a flash drive. Not sure what’s going on here, but it wasn’t a good idea to experience

  The workers don't seem to care about their jobs. The female manager and the girl in print always give an attitude. Staples needs to rethink who they have working at this store because it's always poor customer service.

  had such a wonderful experience at Staples today thanks to one of the employees. She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. You don’t come across customer service like that often anymore. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and even the other customers noticed how pleasant and professional she was. It really made my day. Staples is lucky to have someone like her representing their store Thanks Michelle
