- WGWei GuoNov 29, 20251.0I had a very frustrating experience at this USPS. The employee showed extremely poor attitude — I hadn’t even finished asking my question before they suddenly turned away and started helping the next customer. After that customer left, the employee simply walked back to the room behind the counter without saying a single word to me, not even an “excuse me.” When I asked to speak with the manager, they refused. This level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable.

Once we ask for the manager, she just walks inside and says ‘I’m not talking to you’. Plus, they changed their google map hours to ‘permanently closes’ even though they are still open. USPS in this region is essentially out of service. Avoid them at all costs.

So I got off work and went to get my package, but then they claimed that I never called and my package was nowhere to be found. I wish I could give less than 1 star for that experience

Too many discrepancies in information they give. Do not go here, they are rude, unhelpful and unwilling to help
