  The GM of this store, Phil went above and beyond on a Sunday afternoon to print something that was misspelled on another banner from another company and went out of his way to ensure it was done before Monday when I needed it. Ensured he will make sure it gets done and gets done right and quick. He even rechecked the spelling and put it on premium material at a lower cost for me! If you come to this store and have an issue from another store be sure Phil is there to take care of you. Too notch customer service and made me feel good even though I made a spelling error on the last banner.

  Party city is joining the store. I wasnt I'm pressed with the store at all! Checking prices on some items that I looked at on Amaxon prime and Wal~Mart on line. The prices did not compare. Everything in this store us WAY overpriced! Amazon drop off.

  My local Muncie Staples always takes of me, whether it's supplies for my office, or my printing needs. Sandy at the printing area is great. Kelly is also helpful. Mr. Amos, the store manager, is always out working on the floor, and greets customers when he sees them. Every time I go in there, he asks me if I need help with anything. If I ask where something is, he doesn't just point in the general direction and tell me where it is, but he takes me to where the item is and asks if there's anything else I need. Good guy !
