The driver took the package and never followed through with the label at the store. I had to call Amazon and explain the situation. Fortunately they agreed to give me my refund despite the fact that the UPS driver was negligent in insuring that the package received a return label and forwarded to Amazon. A UPS driver showed up today with the package and said that Amazon had to deal with it. I will never ever use UPS again.
